At Strideva Shoes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, footwear must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Products must include their original box, packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials when applicable.

Shoes should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Footwear showing wear on the soles, stains, odors, scratches, alterations, or other signs of outdoor use may not be eligible for return.
